Getting to know the Ticket list

Ticketilla presents a simple user interface for Dispatchers, containing only the crucial information required to carry out the Triage & Dispatch operations.

As new tickets come in, they appear in realtime on the screen, with recommendations for key fields such as Type, Subtype, Budget Hours, and more appropriate titles.

Dispatchers can quickly check if the recommendations are appropriate and click the green “Tick” icon to save the recommendations and remove the ticket from the to-do list.

Tickets that are suggested to be “Spam” are highlighted in red, and the dispatcher may click the “Delete” button if necessary.
